Sister Mary Grace Burns Arboretum The S. Mary Grace Burns Arboretum of Georgian Court University, acting in harmony and interdependence with all creation through sustainable landscaping practices, has the mission of preserving and enhancing the unique botanical heritage of the former Georgian Court estate and its gardens, while promoting its use for education, research, enjoyment and inspiration. Species added to the four historic gardens augment the gardens’ authenticity. The New Jersey Pinelands flora is maintained and expanded. Additions to the arboretum include species that provide interesting colors, textures and fragrances throughout the year. Collections are developed that build upon the historic botanical strengths of the grounds.

Forest Resource Education Center The FREC first opened under the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Parks and Forestry in 1982 as the NJ Tree Nursery. The NJ Tree Nursery grows 300,000 seedlings yearly for reforestation across New Jersey.

Knob Hill Golf Club Knob Hill Golf Club is a Mark McCumber designed facility. We are very proud to be Mr. McCumber’s first design in the Northeast. Mark has reflected, “It is important to design a course that would showcase my talent in the Northeast. I am tickled about the way Knob Hill has turned out!” Mark is not alone in appreciating what a terrific course he designed and created at Knob Hill.
