Monmouth Park Racetrack Monmouth may have seen better days but it is still worth a visit. The horses are beautiful & thrilling. The prices are not as bad as other reviewers claim. People who work at the track have to make a living. And the horse racing is still joyous. Let’s patronize this place — not tear it down! It’s worth patronizing.

The Eatontown Historical Museum Along Broad Street, off highway 35, is Eatontown’s historical museum. It’s not a huge place but it shows a bit of what life was like living in the old days. For the present day residents that reside in mansions it’s hard to imagine living in these tiny rooms of yesteryear.

Eatontown Library This is a charming small library. The antique wood phone booth is definitely an interesting historic relic. There was art work on the wall which made the place warm and welcoming. The librarians were helpful. There were 4 public computers available for use.

The Marina at Oceanport–This is a nice bar restaurant with a very nice view . The Navy ship gray exterior conceals a very nice, clean interior, well lit for festive atmosphere. Two well stocked bars, large screen TVs for sports fans, spacious restaurant, and on other side rooms that serve for business meetings. O’derves quite tasty, with moderate sauces to add some extra taste. Very cheerful service. Very comfortable place
